Return Policy
We at The Greek Co. stand behind the quality of our apparel. With that being said, mistakes can happen from time to time. Email sarah@thegreekco.com if we have made a mistake, and we will work with you to come to a solution regarding the issue.
Group Custom Orders:
It is important to note that colors seen on computers can vary, and the product after manufacturing can appear different than the virtual mockup we have provided. Custom orders cannot be returned.
Customers are responsible for reviewing artwork, colors, and placement and/or print size concerns with our team and/or your order coordinator before placing your order. The Greek Co is not responsible for instructions that we do not receive, instructions we receive late or instructions that are not possible to follow. We are also not responsible for any incorrect instructions you may provide. We do not accept responsibility for any errors that are entirely the responsibility of the customer, such as misspellings, incorrect sizes, incorrect proof versions, etc. as the customers are given the artwork ahead of time to approve.
Refund Policy: For any issues with custom, bulk orders, you must contact us within 72 hours of receiving the merchandise
If 72 hours have passed and the entire order has not been shipped back, the order has been accepted by the customer and no discount or credit will be issued.
If there are any issues upon receipt of apparel that matches what the customer approved and confirmed, customer will be responsible for costs associated with replacing the apparel.
Individual Orders:
We cannot guarantee delivery dates, and we are not responsible if items are not delivered by a certain date nor will we issue refunds.
We are not responsible for any delays on behalf of the shipping companies, lost or stolen packages after delivery, delivery to incorrect address given to us by the customer. If you have provided us the incorrect address, you may need to pay for shipping again after the item has been returned to us.
