FAQs

When will my order ship out?

Items typically take approximate 10 business days to process and print. This timeline can also be affected by our current order volume, so we always recommend checking out the banner at the top of our site for the latest updates! Since almost every item on our site is made to order, our process can take a bit longer than other companies!

Shipping time is in addition to the processing and printing time.

We typically do not provide shipping updates other than when the item is shipped. Sometimes these emails can get filtered into your promotions or spam folders, so check there if you're not seeing anything.

We cannot guarantee delivery dates, and we are not responsible if items are not delivered by a certain date nor will we issue refunds.

If you are in need of an item by a strict date during peak months (September - November, February-April) we do not recommend placing your order as you will not be refunded if the order does not arrive on time.

We are not responsible for any delays on behalf of the shipping companies, lost or stolen packages after delivery, delivery to incorrect address given to us by the customer. If you have provided us the incorrect address, you may need to pay for shipping again after the item has been returned to us.

With that being said, we will try to do everything in our power to try to help you out if you need something by a specific date. Just shoot us an email prior to placing your order with the details.

 

Do you guys do bulk custom orders?

Yes! We have a custom order form that can be found here. Please fill it out with as much detail as possible to help us better coordinate your order.

 

Do you guys have an affiliate program?

No, we don’t currently have an affiliate program but we do have a campus rep program where reps can make 10% on any group order they coordinate. If you are interested, the application is located on our main menu.

 

Do you accept returns?

Our return policy can be found here.

We do not offer any returns unless item is damaged and any damage upon receiving the item must be reported in 48 hours. We are not responsible for fit issues or shipping issues or if the incorrect size or sorority has been ordered.

We do not guarantee shipping times, and customer will not receive any refund or discount if items do not arrive by a certain date.

 

Custom Bulk Orders:

Customers are responsible for reviewing artwork, colors, and placement and/or print size concerns with our team and/or your order coordinator before placing your order. The Greek Co is not responsible for instructions that we do not receive, instructions we receive late or instructions that are not possible to follow. We are also not responsible for any incorrect instructions you may provide. We do not accept responsibility for any errors that are entirely the responsibility of the customer, such as misspellings, incorrect sizes, incorrect proof versions, etc. as the customers are given the artwork ahead of time to approve.

Refund Policy: For any issues with custom, bulk orders, you must contact us within 72 hours of receiving the merchandise

If 72 hours have passed and the entire order has not been shipped back, the order has been accepted by the customer and no discount or credit will be issued.

If there are any issues upon receipt of apparel that matches what the customer approved and confirmed, customer will be responsible for costs associated with replacing the apparel.
